Bob has been serving Lee County and surrounding areas as a licensed real estate agent since 1996. He specializes in leasing and sales for office, retail and land. Bob has been the specialist in downtown Fort Myers development for over 10 years. He has brokered land sales for development sites in the downtown Fort Myers area for high density projects such as High Point Place, The Oasis, First Street Village and Royal Palm Commons. He has represented several national retail and restaurant chains for site selection work throughout Florida. Bob has brokered several large apartment community purchases throughout Southwest Florida and the Midwest.
Originally from Joliet, Illinois, Bob moved to Florida in 1986. He holds a degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida. Bob has a strong working knowledge of real estate finance which proves to be a great asset to his clients when working to better meet their financial goals.
Mr. Pekol is currently a member of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce and the Lee County Chamber of Commerce. He is active in networking functions and charity fundraisers. Bob has developed strong local ties which allows him to successfully facilitate transactions for the Lee County business community.
