Bryan Myers is a licensed commercial real estate associate who specializes in Downtown Fort Myers and the surrounding corridors of Southwest Florida. Born and raised in Joliet, Illinois, Bryan is a product of quality Midwestern-work-ethics and family values. Bryan’s professional career began in 1995 where he spent four seasons playing hockey in the North American Hockey League (NAHL) for the Springfield Jr. Blues and the Detroit Freeze respectively. He then worked as a Sales Supervisor for the largest Anheuser-Busch wholesaler in Chicago. He sustained seventeen straight quarters of positive growth through 2006 and was a top graduate of Anheuser-Busch Selling Skills (ABSS). In his spare time Bryan gave back to his roots; he was the Director of Hockey for the Joliet Jaguar Youth Hockey Program and helped build one of the largest youth hockey programs in the state.
Moving to Fort Myers four years ago started Bryan’s career in the commercial real estate industry. He began working at VIP Commercial Group where he excelled in customer service, site selection, market knowledge, and leasing for a wide range of clients. With an office and retail emphasis, Bryan has worked with small businesses, local government, and several national companies. His tenacity and superior service have followed him to LandQwest Commercial, where in a troubled economy he has successfully brokered millions of dollars in sales and leasing.
Bryan is currently a member of Commercial Investment Professionals (CIP), a recipient of CCIM scholarships, and is a candidate for the CCIM designation.
