Caroline graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology Marketing Management Program with a specialty in Commercial Real Estate. While attending BCIT, she won the BOMA outstanding achievement award and was one of only three students to graduate with the honors designation. She was one of the co-founders of the BCIT Real Estate Association, a member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia and an active volunteer for the Salvation Army, Vancouver Aquarium, and Drinking and Driving Awareness.
Her prior experience includes in-depth land development feasibility studies for the NHL Vancouver Canucks, including marketing concept, design, and recommendations on a new restaurant venture. She has also worked on many new condominium and master planned development launches and sales for a top developer and marketing company in Vancouver.
Coming to Florida has been an exciting and enjoyable experience for Caroline, she is now eager to assist you with all your Office sale and leasing needs. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills make her a great addition to the Office Division at LandQwest Commercial.
