Doug has over twenty years combined retail & franchise experience in sales, management, real estate, site selection and operations. He spent much of the nineties as a multi-unit franchise owner/operator developing both coasts of South Florida.
His experience working as a leader and professional liaison between the franchisor and franchisee community brings an invaluable perspective to the LandQwest Commercial team.
Doug specializes in tenant and landlord representation in the Southwest Florida market. In 2007 he negotiated two of the largest leases in Lee County including relocations for the distribution centers of Lennox International and Exel Logistics. Mr. Olson also works with several local developers and businesses successfully leasing new and existing shopping centers.
He is a longtime resident of SWFL, a licensed Real Estate Professional and candidate for the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. His memberships include the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Commercial Investment Professionals (CIP).
