Lindsey Schmoyer has been serving the community as a licensed real estate broker associate since 2006. Specializing in national and regional retail tenant representation, she has worked with clients including The D’Jamoos Group, Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries, Dunkin Donuts, Planet Beach Contemporary Spa, Tastings and Rudinos.
Lindsey began her real estate career working with Prudential Florida WCI Realty as a residential sales specialist. During that time, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University. She later moved on and gained experience having worked as a retail property specialist for Colliers Arnold. At LandQwest Commercial, she will be a welcomed addition to the Retail Services Division.
Lindsey is also dedicated to several civic and charitable activities. She is a Board Member of PACE, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and a candidate for the prestigious CCIM designation.
