Marshall has been actively involved in leasing, developing, and acquiring commercial real estate since 1978. His career began in shopping center leasing where he was responsible for a portfolio of over two-million square feet of retail space in Western Pennsylvania and Florida. Marshall then served as the Founding Partner and visionary of Treesdale, the largest residential planned community in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
As a real estate broker, Marshall’s focus and area of expertise has primarily been in retail leasing and tenant representation. Marshall has engaged in the brokerage activities of site selection and acquisition, retail disposition and site development for clients including GNC, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Eckerd Drugs, Exxon Mobil and Payless Shoes. Marshall has also executed commercial real estate transactions including office leasing and development, industrial and special purpose real estate.
In 2001 Marshall founded the Renaissance Realty Company, LLC based in Tampa, Florida. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania, as well as the Broker of Record for Renaissance Realty in Florida. Marshall is involved in site acquisition and brokerage of commercial property in both states. Retail brokerage clients which Mr. Bigler has successfully represented include Sears/Kmart, Toys R Us, CVS, Walgreens, Staples, Bob Evans Farms, Panchero’s Mexican Grill, Harbor Freight Tools, and Golf Locker.
