Matt joins the LandQwest Commercial Retail Services Division with extensive experience in commercial real estate development and construction management. His resume includes over 12 years of successful experience working with two private firms and completing over 50 projects. While Matt focuses on retail, he is knowledgeable in a variety of development types including office, medical and light industrial.

Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Matt recently moved to Fort Myers to manage a 250,000 square foot redevelopment project. He was involved in every aspect of the project including municipal approvals, budgets, tenant relocations, construction supervision, lease review and negotiations. Matt’s comprehensive background in project management allows him to provide valuable insight to both clients and tenants.

Matt has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2003. Over and above the specialty professional designations commonly held by architects, engineers and contractors, Matt earned the Certified Design, Development, and Construction Professional (CDP) designation through ICSC in 2007. This prestigious CDP designation recognizes professionals who demonstrate their experience and proficiency in retail development, design and construction.

Education: University of Toledo/Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology
