Michael Daly

With over 30 years experience in real estate finance, development, project management and leasing, Michael Daly brings an extensive record of deal experience to his current concentration in retail leasing and development. Michael has most recently been the west coast principal of Compass Realty Companies, where he led the advisory services group, representing regional and national tenants in the area of site selection and lease negotiation. In the last ten years Daly has completed hundreds of retail leases while representing companies like Starbucks, First Watch, Pollo Tropical, TGI Friday’s, Red Robin, Staples, TJX Companies, and many others.
Michael spent his early career as a construction lender with BankAmerica Corp, and went on to represent the real estate investment interests of Life Insurance Companies and Pension funds as a commercial mortgage banker. Daly moved to Florida as SVP of Draper and Kramer of FL, Inc, managing its commercial development activities from Fort Lauderdale, and leading the successful development of retail and office projects throughout Florida. Daly is a long time resident of Naples, Fl., where he has been involved in several development projects, both commercial and residential.
Michael Daly is a graduate of Regis College, Denver, CO, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and North Carolina. He has been awarded the prestigious SCLS designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers.
