Michael O’Mara brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the commercial real estate market to LandQwest Commercial. During that time, he has been involved in the acquisition, development, and profitable re-sale of over $350 million worth of real estate properties. These properties include land acquisition and development, residential subdivisions, industrial parks, and office-commercial developments such as Summerlin Bend, Riverwalk at Whiskey Creek and Bayside Corporate Center.
Prior to joining LandQwest Commercial, Michael was a Broker/Salesman at John R. Wood Realtors, in Naples for 10 years. He is a graduate of Marquette University, Milwaukee WI and has studied at Boston College, Chestnut Hill, MA, St. Thomas Academy, St. Paul, MN and the Urban Land Institute, Washington, DC.
An airline transport pilot and certified scuba diver, Michael also gives back to the community. He was the Co-Chairman of the St. Ann Church Capital Fund Drive, board member of the St. Ann School Foundation, active member of the Bread-of-Life Ministries and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He takes great pride in his four children; Jordan who attended the University of Kansas, Lauren, a graduate of University of Colorado, Kyle, a graduate student at University of Central Florida and Hayley, a graduate student at Florida Gulf Coast University.
