Michelle joined LandQwest Commercial with a wealth of knowledge in real estate, business development, and marketing. She specializes in office and retail leasing with experience in leasing industrial space as well. Michelle began her professional real estate career in 2002 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She attributes her success to first class client service and Midwest work ethics.
Michelle began her relationship with LandQwest in a business development role, where she was responsible for the expansion of LandQwest Property Management’s portfolio of various retail, commercial office, medical and industrial properties.
She brings her experience as an entrepreneur and real estate expertise from RE/MAX, where she earned professional designations such as ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), e-PRO, and was an active member of the local, state, and national Board of Realtors. She also served as an officer on the Women’s Council of Realtors. Along with her real estate achievements, her comprehensive knowledge as a business owner herself and marketing expertise allows her to provide valuable insight to both clients and tenants.
