As Founder and Principal, Rokki Rogan is responsible for the development and coordination of the Landmark group of companies, including its subsidiaries LandQwest Commercial; LandQwest Property Management, LLC; and the newest addition of LandQwest Asset Recovery, LLC. Mr. Rogan has over 25 years of experience in executive leadership, real estate development, management, and acquisitions.
From 1983 to 1995 Mr. Rogan was the principal shareholder and President of First Row Video, an Ohio-based video chain which he founded and developed into one of the largest regional video retail stores in the United States. Mr. Rogan’s skills in organization, negotiation and team building, as well as, his visionary outlook drove him to create Landmark Global, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates.
Founded by Mr. Rogan in 1996, the privately owned Landmark Global, Inc. offers a broad range of services including the acquisition and servicing of distressed real estate loans, real estate investments and related real estate services. The Landmark group of companies succeeds in the real estate industry thanks to the corporate strengths of the management team hand selected by Mr. Rogan.
