Todd brings 25 years of experience and local knowledge of office, industrial, retail leasing and development. Todd has been involved in the commercial real estate business in Ft. Myers for over 25 years. Starting in office leasing and property management, Todd leased over 200,000 square feet in his first few years in the business. His clients included General Electric, Oswald Trippe Insurance, Ferguson Enterprises, Brown and Brown Insurance, Federal Express, Mastec and many local companies. From that experience, Todd became involved in several development projects including Airport Woods Commerce Center, Sarasota Business Park, and several build to suit projects for local office and industrial users.
Todd was involved in the development of The Park Shoppes at Andrea Lane, negotiating leases with Bonefish Grill, Sprint, Office at Home, Gamestop, and other local tenants. The center was 100% leased within eight months of starting construction. Also, Daniels Falls which is an office and retail project consisting of 200,000 square feet near the intersection of Daniels Parkway and Fiddlesticks Blvd. Todd sold two out parcels to Florida Gulf Bank and BB&T.
