I believe we met some time ago when I was exploring leasing a place for our auction house. Hi Adam,

I just wanted to do a little follow up with you after our work together this last month or so. I know you are disappointed we didn't get the lease done on Dublin Court but don't give up. I might be back there in a year or so.

Adam, working with you on this project was a delight. You were always forthright and helpful and went out of your way to try to land me in one of your properties. You know that I was very close to inking that deal next to Dr. Hensley but, in the end, the most reasonable thing for me, after a year of frustration, was to just get SOMETHING started with a short term lease (1 year). If I take off and see my professional future a bit more clearly in the next 6-8 months, we could very well be working together again.
